A four week course meeting in intimate small group online setting (via zoom).
Sessions will take place Sunday evenings throughout the month of July from 6-8pm EST
(July 11th, 18th, 25th, August 1st).
Course will include a pdf workbook, meditations, writing prompts, mindfulness exercises, discussion, movement and breathing practices.

(Week One): What do YOU want?
Unweaving the fabric of expectations, influences and conditioning to tap into our own values and true feelings
(Week Two): Understanding our Inner Saboteur
Integrating the parts of ourselves that direct us away from what we feel is our best interest, and untangling the fears and beliefs driving those patterns
(Week Three): Worthy of our Desires
Building self-esteem and developing a healthier relationship to the ego, as well as working with boundaries that honor that sense of worth, and releasing shame about what we want
(Week Four): Tending the Flames
Converting the connection to our desires into consistent practices..Building stamina to sustain the fire behind our actions for long term transformation of habits, including how we approach ourselves and our lives.
No previous experience required whatsoever!
