Usually I offer the pre-recorded breathwork workshops for $33 including pdf workbook (which is downloadable immediately and contains links to a spotify playlist and a file for the audio recording guide for the practice). You can do all/part of the workbook, or none at all, but I find that supporting the body-based practice with some more mentally/intellectually-based self-inquiry work is helpful and always insightful for me. I would encourage doing the reading and writing before the breath practice so that the breath is helping you move through and process any difficult emotional energy from the exercises, but as a self-guided course, it is absolutely 100% up to you! It is also your choice to use the music I include, or play your own, or not use music at all, you may also find that once you familiarize yourself with the practice, which is simple (though not entirely easy), that you don’t need or prefer to use the audio guide. You can use this as a one-time experience or return to it again and again. This is currently a donation based offering with proceeds to be distributed to group(s) directly assisting Afghan refugees.
